Modern mobile devices have highly accurate built-in document scanning features that completely remove the need for a bulky flatbed scanner. For iPhone & iPad users (Apple Notes) Open the Notes app and start a new note. Tap the Camera icon and choose Scan Documents.
Position your phone over the first page; it will auto-capture or let you press the shutter button.
Lay down the next page and repeat. The app aggregates them into a stack.
Tap Save, then hit the Share icon to choose Save to Files as a single PDF. For Android users (Google Drive) Open the Google Drive app. Tap the Plus (+) icon in the bottom corner and select Scan. Take a picture of your first page.

Open Image Capture or launch Preview and click File > Import from Scanner.
On the right-hand settings panel, change the Output Format to PDF. Tick the checkbox labeled Combine into single document.
